This varied role combines business development, sales support and customer experience, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth while building strong customer relationships.\n \nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Experience\n\nRespond to customer enquiries across multiple communication channels.\nPrepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently.\nProcess customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.\nProvide customers with information regarding services, pricing, availability and lead times.\nMaintain regular communication with customers and internal departments throughout the enquiry and order process.Business Development & Internal Sales\n\nIdentify and engage potential new customers through proactive outreach and relationship building.\nResearch organisations and identify key decision-makers.\nManage and develop a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.\nFollow up enquiries, quotations and leads to maximise conversion opportunities.\nArrange meetings and introductory discussions with prospective customers.\nRe-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities for further business.\nIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.\nMaintain accurate records of activity and customer interactions within company systems.\nSupport sales campaigns and wider business development initiatives.\nProvide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales progress.Team Support\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent customer service levels.\nSupport follow-up activity for enquiries, quotations and customer communications.\nAssist with general sales administration and reporting.\nContribute ideas to improve customer service and sales processes.\nDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support changing business priorities.About You\nYou will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:\n\nAccount Specialist\nSales Support Rep\nInside Sales Admin\nInternal Sales\nBusiness Development\nCustomer Service\nAccount ManagementYou will also possess:\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nA confident and professional telephone manner.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nA proactive and commercially focused mindset.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nExperience using Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM systems.\nA positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
