Role – FLT/Labourer

Hours- Mon – Thurs 7am – 6pm (42 hours)

Salary- £28 – 30,000

We are working with a reputable subcontract Engineering manufacturing company in Rotherham, Currently looking for an experienced FLT/Labourer to join the team, this is a permanent role and will be on the Day shift Mon – Thurs.

Duties will involve-

• Assist with the loading and unloading of laser cutting machines
• Retrieving materials from racking systems to allocate to machines
• Packing and Palletising of finished goods, ready for dispatch
• Assisting with stock control and keeping working areas tidy
• Operating the forklift trucks

Key Skills

• You Must hold valid FLT Licence
• Be organised and Methodical
• Be open and willing to undertake training on the laser cutting machine and press brakes.

Renumeration -42 hour 4 day week (£28,000)

Profit related bonus scheme: 8% PRBS which is calculated every three months and paid the month after.

The scheme is open to new members each January. However, you must complete 6 months employment to be eligible to join.

16 days holiday (pro rata based on a 4 day week
