Talentmark are recruiting for a Haemostasis Scientist, on behalf of a medical diagnostic company.\n \n This role will be based at their site in Sunderland and is a permanent role with Mon-Fri day time working hours. \n\n The Role:\n To support the Haemostasis Product Group with Product Validation Projects.\n\n Responsibilities:\n\nPerform lab-based Haemostasis testing, ensuring completion of projects in a timely manner.\nSupport planning and implementation of each project including evaluation protocols, scheduling and material and resource requirements. \nCollaborate with purchasing departments to procure project materials and manage stock.\nRoutine maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.\nWork in accordance with Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines when handling reagents and chemicals used in automated and manual techniques.Essential Skills:\n\nBSc within the life-sciences disciplines with relevant laboratory-based experience.\nExperience with GLP (good laboratory practice) in an industry setting and sound knowledge/interest in Haemostasis.\nCompetent in the use of the Internet and Microsoft Windows programs including Word, Excel Power Point, and other statistical analysis software.\nCompetent mathematician and statistician.Apply:\n It is essential all applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
