With a reputation for innovation and quality, the firm offers an excellent platform for career progression and continuous learning.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nReporting to the Associate Director\nLiaising with clients and internal cost consultants and project managers delivering cost consultancy services from acquisition to final accounts\nProviding Cost Control, Cost Planning, Cost Estimates and Procurement advice\nLeading negotiation and contract preparation\nEngaging with the supply chain to support procurement strategies\nCarrying out budget reconciliations and cost reporting throughout project lifecycles\nAdministering contractor payments and ensuring commercial compliance\nConducting value engineering and supporting risk assessments.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nIdeally 3+ years' experience in the UK construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant\nExperience across all stages from cost planning to final accounts\nMain Contractor or Consultancy background\nMRICS/MCIOB or working towards preferred but not essential\nExperienced in serving private sector clients\nDegree in Quantity Surveying or similar\nPassion for the construction industry and a collaborative mindset.\n\nWhat you get back\n\nSalary £50,000 - £65,000 DOE\nDiscretionary Bonus\n27 days holiday + Bank Holidays\nHybrid Working (typically 3 days in the office or on sites, 2 days remote)\nPension matched up to 5%\nHealthcare\nLife Assurance\nMileage/Public Transport paid to sites\nRegular social events\nSupport with professional industry subscriptions.\n\nApply\n\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
