We are recruiting for a temp to perm Sales Order Processor!\n\nDuration: temp to perm\nLocation: Based in gorgeous offices in Stopsley, Luton\nHours: Mon to Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hrs per week)\nRate of Pay: £13.45ph plus holiday pay When permanent, this is £26227 p.a.\n\nBenefits\n\n * 28 days holiday inc bank hols\n\n * Pension (after qualifying period)\n\n * Free on-site parking\n\n * lovely break out and kitchen areas\n\n * \n\nKey Responsibilities\nThe order processors main responsibility is to enter high volume customer orders efficiently and accurately into the CRM.\nOther duties include:\n\n * Making outbound calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account/order\n\n * Organising and coordinating collections and deliveries\n\n * Carrying out customer service follow up calls\n\n * Handle customer queries and complaints either over the phone or via email\n\n * Ensuring the customer information is kept up to date\n\n * Handling returns for customers and estimating handing charges\n\n * Coordinating with other departments\n\n * Organising and coordinating collections\n\n * Scanning and filing of orders and other documentation\n\n * Provide general administration including handling general enquiries over the phone/email\n\n * Assisting other team members with orders and helping other departments when the need arises\n\n * Supporting the Sales Department with catalogue requests and follow up calls along with new customer follow up calls\n\nWhat would make you a good candidate for this role?\n\n * Previous administration and phone-based customer service experience\n\n * Great, proven customer services\n\n * Commited to achieving the highest standards and work ethics\n\n * Great attention to detail, both numerically and written as there is a lot of data entry of orders\n\n * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in order of importance\n\n * Confident with clear written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Self-motivated and crucially a ‘can-do ‘attitude\n\n * MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)\n\n * Full rights to work in the UK (no student visas please, we need full rights to work in the UK)\n\nSo, if you are looking for a career opportuinty and can start asap, have great engaging phone skills, good command of English verbal and written as there is a lot of phone and written work liaising with all people across many locations, and proven b2b customer experience, then please send your CV to James Newbury Appointments for immediate review
