As a Senior, your influence goes beyond the brilliant customer experiences you already deliver. Youll still match customers with the right solutions, but youll also help keep the store running smoothly, step in to lead when the Manager and Assistant Manager are away and create an environment where both customers and colleagues feel confident, supported, and valued. Your ability to think on your feet, stay calm in busy moments, and bring positivity to every interaction is exactly what were looking for.
